FILTER LEAFS - Rescreening / Reforming

The Spoil Fine Filter Cloth should be removed.
Use detergent and clean the internal mesh.
From both of its side, replace with old Filter Wire Mesh with the new one.
Check that internal supporting mesh is damaged or not, if it is then replace the same.
Assembly, Welding, Drilling, Fabrication & New Riveting (Machine)
Acid pickle & Passivise the welded parts
Check the quality of Reformed leaves by conducting in house tests.
Using high quality material, pack the Filter Leafs for ensuring safe transportation.
